Jeff Woodward received his B.A. at Notre Dame and continued on to receive his JD from Notre Dame Law School. Following Law School he became an associate at Jones Day, a global law firm, and Chamberlin Hrdlicka, a commercial law firm. He continued on to be an attorney at Holland & Knight, and a partner at Foltz Martin, LLC and Stites & Harbison. Jeff is currently a partner at the Atlanta-based law firm Taylor English Duma LLP where he represents entrepreneurs and investors, and helps manage contracts, compliance and legal affairs for small to mid-sized Georgia companies. He is passionate and heavily active in the social venture movement and non-profit world, representing many social entrepreneurs and B-corps, and having done significant work in the nonprofit legal community and counseling non-profit and social venture boards, as well as a variety of other experience. As the Vice-Chair and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Village Capital, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge from different backgrounds and practices.
