It’s an exciting time for digital innovation in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Venture Capital dollars flowing to MENA are on the rise and there is a growing coalition for alternative models for tech innovation that are both profitable and good for society. Village Capital has been working in MENA since 2018, running accelerator programs and forums in Istanbul, Dubai and Amman. To date we have worked directly with more than 50 entrepreneurs in MENA and distributed $270,000 in grant capital to entrepreneurs in the region.
